The warranty period begins on the date of repair completion and lasts for thirty (30) calendar days. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and any parts installed during that repair.

2. Coverage Scope

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in replacement parts used during the repair
  • Workmanship errors made by our technicians
  • Functionality issues directly related to the original repair
  • Installation problems with replacement components

3. What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents after repair
  • Water damage occurring after the repair is completed
  • Normal wear and tear of the device
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair performed
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Software issues not related to the hardware repair
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

4. Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us within the 30-day warranty period
  2. Provide your original repair receipt or invoice number
  3. Describe the issue you're experiencing
  4. Bring the device to our facility for inspection
  5. Our technicians will evaluate the claim and determine coverage

5. Warranty Service

If your warranty claim is approved:

  • Repair or replacement will be performed at no charge
  • No additional labor costs will be applied
  • Warranty service typically completed within 24-48 hours
  • The warranty period does not extend beyond the original 30 days

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part or correction of the workmanship error. We are not liable for any consequential damages, data loss, or other indirect damages resulting from device malfunction.

7. Data Protection

While we take precautions to protect your data during repairs, we strongly recommend backing up all important data before any repair service. SSN Repairs is not responsible for data loss during the repair process.

8. Transfer of Warranty

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who received the repair service. The warranty becomes void if the device is sold or transferred to another party.
